By accessing the QUBIC QC website (qubicqc.com) and utilizing our inquiry forms or checkout systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our technical content, professional service inquiries, and the purchase of digital and physical publications.
2. Professional Services Terms
Indicative Pricing Notice
The fee ranges displayed for high-ticket services (Readiness Assessments, POCs, etc.) are indicative only. A website inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. Full engagement terms, specific deliverables, and final pricing are established exclusively via a separate, signed Professional Services Agreement (PSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
For Visio Ad-Hoc sessions booked directly through our scheduling interface, payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to ourRefund Policy.
3. Book & Publication Sales
Digital Editions (PDF)
Digital publications are delivered via instant secure download links post-payment via Stripe. In accordance with EU consumer law, you acknowledge that initiating the download constitutes immediate performance and a waiver of your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Physical Editions
Physical books are fulfilled by third-party retailers. Shipping availability, delivery windows, and return policies are governed by the specific retailer linked at checkout. QUBIC QC is not directly responsible for logistical delays in physical shipping.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
QUBIC QC provides strategic advisory based on technical research. We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory guarantees. Implementation of quantum readiness roadmaps is at the sole discretion of the client organization.
- Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirana, Albania.
